All shipping will be with USPS first class mail

 

All domestic (USA) shipments will include Delivery Confirmation

International shipments will include tracking to many destinations, according to usps first class mail. See www.usps.com for details on whether your country includes a tracking number.

Shipping Upgrades

Upgrades are available upon request.

Options include FEDEX, UPS, and DHL, as well as USPS EXPRESS

Contact me for details.  I include Express USPS as an upgrade, but if you would like to use FEDEX, UPS, or DHL, you must contact me for a listing upgrade.

Once an item is shipped, and delivery confirmation is confirmed, you must contact USPS if your item did not arrive, they will ask you to fill out a form to verify misdelivery.  I cannot reship once an item shows delivered on the usps website.

I insure all parcels that are shipped. In order to file a claim, the usps rules apply. I cannot file any claims before these times have passed.

  • Domestic shipments – 21 days before I can file a claim for loss.
  • International shipments – 45 days before I can file a claim for loss.
  • Wait time for claim once filed – at least 10 days, sometimes longer.
  • You will be reimbursed as soon as claim is approved, not before.

Customs/ Duty and Taxes

All customs charges are responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Time

Current shipping times are next day for supplies (in stock), and 4 days for anything that is not in stock (most is in stock).. All handmade jewelry will usually ship in 7 days or less, except in extreme circumstances,….Please check your email if you’ve placed an order so in the event I need to reach you, you can return my message quickly to speed up your order, thank you!

Wrong Address on Order

I will reship a new package in the event I have shipped to wrong address and it was clearly my fault.

If you give an incorrect or incomplete address when ordering, and it results in a loss or misdelivery, I will not be able to reship the parcel.   In this case, it will be up to you to contact the shipping company to rearrange delivery, if at all possible. You will incur all charges in order to have your package re routed.

PLEASE make sure your address is updated when ordering through my shop. Even if you message me to let me know your change of address, it is still possible that my shipping program will revert back to the incorrect address shown on sale page.

NOTE: Please, ask me to cancel the order and reorder with correct address this ensures this cannot happen!
