Refunds and Exchanges

MOST* items are included in my 100% return policy. 

  1. Contact me within 3 days of receipt of product to notify me of a return.
  2. Item must be postmarked for return within 7 days of receipt.
  3. Send me the tracking number via contact page when the item has been mailed out.
  4. Use a minimum of First class mail with delivery confirmation / insured for at least item value. If postal service loses package, it’s your responsibility to deal with them to claim your insurance payment. We do not get involved if the  postal service loses your items.
  5. Return everything that was included in package. (ex- jewelry box)
  6. Include a note inside package as to reason for return, along with your name, and any other pertinent info that may help us.
  7. There will be a 15% restock fee on every return.
  8. Custom orders are always FINAL SALE, no refunds, no exchanges on custom orders.
  9. All personalized (engraved or hand stamped) items will not be accepted for return, they are considered custom orders.
  10. * All white gold (10kt, 14kt,  or 18kt) is considered FINAL SALE. No refunds will be given on White Gold.
  11. Shipping costs are never refunded, as these costs are incurred to ship the item to you.

 

If you do not contact me within 3 days of receipt, I may deny your request for refund. However, if i do agree to a refund after 3 days, it will be through store credits only.  *See more info on store credits below

STORE CREDITS

Store Credits will come in the form of coupon codes, reserved just for you. Items purchased with credits are final sale.

Please Note that the return of any items that value $150.00 and above will be issued store credit only. Store credit works like cash, and can purchase anything in my shop. You may use all or some store credit for a purchase, with the remaining balance still available to you for future purchases. Store credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. Store credit is good as long as store is open. In the event the store closes, store credits are no longer valid for use in this store, but can be applied to any other store owned by JulieAnn Jewelry & The Love Knot Shop. The transfer of store credit will only be honored in the event this specific store closes and you still hold credits that you have had less than 12 months. You must contact me to have your store credits transferred to another store owned and operated by us. After 12 months, store credits become invalid, so please make sure you use your credits within 12 months. After the 12 months has passed, your store credit is no longer valid to be used anywhere. Store credit codes will be emailed to you, and will be issued for the amount due from refund/exchange. Store credit is not redeemable for cash payments of any form, can only be exchanged for merchandise. Store credits hold no cash value.

WHITE GOLD ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, AND WILL NOT BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT.

If you choose to order white gold from us, please understand it is final sale. I am happy to resize, as normal, but you will be asked to pay a 5.00 resize fee, just as you would for any other item. I cannot accept returns due to the yellowing nature of unplated white gold, which is naturally occurring and beyond my control. Please understand any white gold you purchase from my shop, will not be plated, and will not be returnable.

Products that are defective in workmanship and quality do not fall under my return policy, In the rare event you receive any product that is defective it will be backed by our guarantee of quality, and these items will be repaired/replaced as needed. I will not honor refunds due to defective items. I will replace or repair an item, depending upon the quality issue.

RESIZE

I will now be charging a resizing fee of $5.00 per ring. Please understand, if you order the wrong size I must charge $5.00 to cover shipping, and my time, per ring, per resize.

If you have any issues with store policies,  in whole, or in part, please do not make a purchase from us. This will prevent any future issues from arising out of disagreement of store policy.  We put these policies in place to protect everyone who shops with us.

DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS TO ME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE VIA CONTACT. If you fail to notify me of a return, I reserve the right not to refund your purchase price. Ship costs are non refundable.
